CONDITIONS
* Construction of every drywell, including fabric and drainrock, shall be observed by the on-site inspector (Street Standards
9.4.2) to confirm that it meets the design details and specifications. Drywells not observed shall have their performance
verified by a full-scale drywell test (SRSM Chapter 4).
* Forty-eight (48) hours prior to construction (onsite and/or within the right-of-way), securely post a construction warning sign
at each ingress to the project area that is clearly visible from the right-of-way. The sign shall be posted for the duration of the
project. See Street Standards Section 9.7.
* landscaping within site distance triangles need to be trimmed per SVMC Fig. 22.70-2 and per approved Design Deviation

responsibility of the applicant / permittee that the use described on the front of this permit complies with
applicable codes and that required inspections are requested. Failure to request inspections as listed
below and obtain the necessary approvals before progressing beyond the point where inspections are
required and may necessitate removal of certain parts of the construction are the applicant's / permittee's
or property owner'sexpense. /
