Dear Mr. Johnson:
Our records indicate that your permit application for a double wide
mobile home at the above -referenced property has expired. The
Uniform Building Code, Section 304(c), states that "Applications
for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of
application shall expire by limitation and plans and other data
submitted for review may therafter be returned to the applicant or
be destroyed by the building official."
Accordingly, you are hereby notified to make arrangements to pick
up your application and plans or complete final application.
If there is no response to this notice within ten (10) days from
the date of this letter, all records and plans will be destroyed
without further notice from this office.
