A. State Law (.36.70.020 (14) RCW)... Is the subject property deprived of
privileges comnonly enjoyed by other properties in same vicinity and zone and

Parce1s A and C of the subject property will be deprived of utilization
of the minimum building setback dimension of 25 feet. Because of the
topoqraph,y, a greater setback requirement imposes unusual hardship related
to construction and the placement of septic systems on the lots. Allowance
of a minimum width of 72 feet measured at the 25 foot building setback as
shown on the site plan will remedy the difference in privileges.
