Site Characteristics:
Adjoining Streets: Fourth Avenue to the north of the site is a 40
fvot County right of uvay improved with two lanes
of paving with no sidewalks or curbs.
Adams Road to the west of the site varies from 40
feet to 55 feet and is a County right of way
improved with ta►o lanes with no sidewalks or
curbs (sidewalks do exist north af Fourth Avenue)e
The County Engineer is requesting 7 feet of additional dedication
along Adams Road and 10 feet along Fourth Avenue with 12 feet to 14
