John Larson, of the Spokane County Division of Building and Code Enforcement, has
contacted our office regarding an alleged violation of Section 108.4 of the Uniform
Building Code in connection with the property located at 2915 South Fox Road,
Spokane County, Washington.
Specifics of the alleged violation are as follows: Failure to obtain a final inspection and
approval for: 1) rear deck; and 2) furnace.
Please be advised that a violation of the Uniform- Building Code constitutes a
misdemeanor. As such, it is punishable by up to ninety (90) days in jail, a fine of up to
S1,000.00, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Plea e -take immediate steps to correct the above violations. Your failure to do so within
thirty;(30) days of the date of this letter may result in a complaint being filed against you
for a violation of the Uniform Building Code.
