We have unconfirmed reports that the residence mentioned above is being converted into four units
which could be used for overflow accommodations from the Red Top Motel, just to the south. This
letter is for your information, only.
The UR 3.5 zone permits single family dwellings and just one per parcel. This zone does not
permit motels in whole or part. We have checked regarding a building permit for this renovation
and found none for this address. If the zone was changed to B-3 like the property adjacent to the
south, the reported proposed use would be permitted in accord with the standards of the B-3 zone.
