safety concerns and generally 1s required by the F,re District for
adequate fire protection
b) The wmdow displays along Smto Avenue will add to the visual
appearance of this project coupled with the landscaping required
c) T'hat the Connmittee is concerned witb leavutg one house on this 8-
acre Comamercial Center but feels that the applicant will work with
the owner to resolve these concerns with buffering or other
alternatives
d) The proposal is for the 3 houses to be removed and zoned B-3, future
potential acuons on the remaining 2 houses are not before the
Committee
