IV. SEPA ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW An Environmental Checklist was submitted by the sponsor and was reviewed by the County Planning Department. The review considered the, speci fics of the proposal , other avai 1 abl e i nfor~nati on, County ord~nances, other regulations and laws, possible standard Conditions of Approval, the Generalized Comprehensive Plan, and other County policies and guidelines. The Zoning Administrator has determined that "No probable significant adverse impacts" would result f rom the proposal being developed and has issued a Determination of Non-Significance ~"DNS"~. The "DNS" was circulated to ten other agencies of jurisdiction and other agenci es/departments affected by the future devel opment for review and comment. The "ONS" comment period ends July 2, 1985, and was advertised 15 calendar days before said date in the newspaper, by 1 etter to adjacent property owners wi thi n 400 feet of the proposal , and by notice,on a sign posted on the proposal site. The Hearing Exam~ner Cor~n~ttee may cons~der additional environmental related testimony and the "DNS" at the public hearing. V. PLANNING SUMMARY ~ This rezone application is consistent with the development trend of the area, and by special buffering and landscaping can be compatible with the ex~sting s~ngle family residential uses nearby. ~ ' , . ~ .
