I received the above referenced project appiication on Feb. 20, 1997.
The SCS Soils Map identifies this area as being Garrison Gravely
Loam soils. The soil survey in this area is known to be accurate.
Therefore, since this is an approved soil for stormwater disposal, no
concept drainage plan is required. We have no information that says
there are any critical areas on this site.

The sponsor, Lyle L Johnson is requesting approval of a zone reclassification,
File No ZE-101-80, Agricultural Suburban to Restricted Industrial, for the
purpose of developing 8 warehouse structures
C FINDINGS OF FACT
1 That the existing land use ih the area is residential, tchool, 1-90, and junk
yard
2 That the Comprehensive Plan desfgnates thts are i as appropriate for
residential development
3 That the existing zo.ning of the property described in the application is
Agricuitural Suburban
4 That the provisions of RCW 43 21C (The State Environmentat Policy Act)
have been compl ied with
5 That thre proper legal requirements for advertiserrient of the Agenda Item
have been fulfilied
6 That the land in this area is suitable for the proposed use, or uses within
the praposed Zone Classification
7 That the applicant has demonstrated that conditions have substantiaily
cManged since the orlgtnal zoning of this area and accordingly, the pro-
posed rezone is justified
