In regards to the complaint received by the Spokane County Planning
Department about the lean-to attached to your garage for storage of
bicycles, lawnmowers, etc., that we have been talking about, it does
not comply with the County Zoning Ordinances because it is built on
the property line between you and the Thatcher residence. This shed
will have to be removed within the next two months or by march L,
1980.
I realize that you feel that since Mr. Thatcher helped you build the
shed, that it is legal but things have changed and Mrs. Thatcher now
wants the shed down. You did tell me at the time we talked that you
would remove the shed if she insisted, so in order to both conform
with the County Ordinances and her wishes, will you please do this.
