Dear Mr. Shein:
Spokane County Fire District No. 1 has contacted us to review the addressing for the
properties being served by the private driveway off of 11th Lane. The original intent was
that the driveway would serve only three properties. It appears that five dwellings are
using this access. The current addressing caused a delay recently in emergency response.
The intent of this correspondence is to notify you of the situation and our intent to name
the driveway to facilitate emergency response. By placing a name on the roadway we
would be changing the addresses accordingly. The road name being considered is Glenn
Lane to coincide with existing road names.
We will not take any action on this issue for 30 days. Please feel free to contact us at the
listed address or by phone.
