Two offstreet parking spaces shall be provided for the manufactured home, or the garage may be
constructed as shown on the site plan to satisfy the requirement. A building permit is required for the
garage. Contact the Building Division for information.
The site plan indicates an 8' wide utility easement along the street frontage. The lots within the MHP
were established by an approved site plan, not a recorded survey. Therefore the easement is not
recorded, and current setbacks will apply.

Gentlemen,
There are no utilities existing or planned in the utility easement along the east side of Grady
Lane and along south side of Baldwin Lane adjacent to Lot 110, except where utilities cross
Baldwin Lane and provide service to Lot 110 at the extreme northeast corner of the lot.
Therefore, please consider this letter permission for a reduced building setback of 5 feet at the
northwest corner of the proposed home as depicted on the attached site plan attached.
