January 25, 2005 A walk through inspection of the above mentioned address was conducted due to fire damage and the below listed items were documented for the reconstruction and repair the structure. 1.) Replace fire damaged beams with three (3) new 18 '/" X 5 ''/z" Glu -lam beams. 2.) New full width bearing studs under beams. 3.) Replace fifteen (15) floor joists and any others that show more than %" of char, joists shall meet current codes for size and span length. 4.) Install and replace damaged joist hangers on all new and existing joists. 5.) Metal cap over header and trimmers in both garage openings shall be removed and members to be investigated for structural integrity. 6.) Replace all structural members of the roof, floor, and wall systems that have more than '/" of char. All new joists and rafters if applicable shall meet current codes for size and span. 7.) Pressure wash front of gable end doors. 8.)
