Since Riverway, Phase I is not as yet a recorded plat, you have requested that we write to you concerning the status of this project. The utility construction is approximately 90% complete, and the Engineering Department is processing the final plans for street design. We expect to be paving this project within the next 30 - 60 days. All of the street and lot elevations have been established, and all lot corners have been staked out by our engineers. The water system has been completed, and we have live water taps for fire protection. It is important for us to get under construction with a model home for display purposes. This will be a furnished model, and will be used in our marketing program. It is also our intention to build a second, furnished model home as soon as the plat is recorded.
