RE: Request for Paving Waiver at 1715 N Herald Road, Spokane Valley WA
Dear Mr. Eginton:
I have reviewed your letter dated May 17, 2010 requesting a waiver of the city's requirement to pave the
access to a proposed accessory structure on the property referenced above. You have indicated in your letter
that the proposed structure will be used for storage as opposed to a garage that would be used on a regular
basis. You state that the building will be used to store watercraft and other items that would be accessed on a
limited basis.
Based on the information you have provided your request for waiver is granted. However, if the use of the
structure changes in the future to be used on a regular basis this waiver becomes null and void; requiring the
access from the street to the structure to be paved.
If you have any questions regarding this determination please contact Greg McCormick, Planning Manager
at (509) 720-5330.
Regards,
Mf
