1. The dedication of the Westerly 10' of the advertised property along
Flora Road for R/W,

Kellmer on land adjacent to the south east corner
of the Spokane Industrial Park. The change is com-
patible with the operations of the Spokane Indus-
trial Park and the resulting industry will serve
to eliminate the terrific waste problem which is
generated within the Park. It will also solve the
waste problems of others located elsewhere.

Dear Mr Huggins
The Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority has been
asked to comment on the establishment of Mr Kellmer's wood
waste handling firm
This Agency is in part responsi.ble for the accumulation of
mill waste in the county because of our control of open burning
Large quantities of this material are now being disposed of in
land fills This practice is wasteful since a useable material
is being discarded
Mr Kellmer's operation will find utilization for a material
that is now a waste product This in turn reduces the drain on
our material resources When this plant is in full operation,
it will employ several persons
The operation of this plant should be relatively clean since
adequate control equipment is available and Mr Kellmer has
indicated that he will do everything necessary to prevent emission
of particulates
This Agency does urge favorable consideration of Mr Kellmer's
request to locate his plant on Flora Road Thank you for
considering this request
