incorporated into County arterial improvements (Provisions for such
installation shall be made pnor to issuance of building permits for

the Spokane Valley Fire Marshal
B. Reasons
1. The advertised properties conform to the locational critena repeatedly
suggested by the Commission for evaluating high density residential
developments, namely
a) Its location on a major arterial (Argonne couplet)
b) Its location on the edge rather than toward the interior of a
residential neighborhood
c) Its proximity to shopping and other communaty faciliues (Local
