Their recommendation is for us to remove all debris on the "up hill" side back to 4.0 feet of back of wall and backfill with good structural fill. Any large pieces of concrete will be buried 4' to 15' from the wall and p�. 140' across the back and will be mixed with good backfill material. Fifty yards of topsoil will be hauled in to go on top of that. , •• • • •• This area is intended of yard and garden only and not for a building site. Due to the minimum amount of dirt work to be done, Randy Hahn said we shouldn't need a grading permit. The material that was hauled to this site was there before the new ordinance was in effect. A previous owner already had the basement dug and leveled out. All we did was to remove a few trees that had grown up there and cleaned up the area. There is an eight -foot utility easement across the back of this property and we've allowed an additional two feet before starting our wall. You may find additional helpful information in the attached deed restrictions.
