(1) Pursuant to the Board of County Commissioners Resolution No 80-0418, the
use of on-site sewer disposal systems is hereby authorized This authoriza-
tion is conditioned on compliance with all rules and regulations of the
Spokane County Health District and is further conditioned and subject to
specific application approval and issuance of permits by the Health District
(2) The owner, his heirs or successors shall join and participate in any peti-
tion or resolution which purpose is the formation of a utility local im-
provement district (ULID) pursuant to RCUJ Chapter 36.94, as amended The
owner, his heirs and successors shall further agree not to oppose or pro-
test any legal assessments for any utility local improvement district (ULID)
established pursuant to RC4J Chapter 36 94, as amended (3) Any water service for this project shall be provided in accordance with the
Coordinated Water System Plan for Spokane County.
(4) There are no recommendations concerning the method of sewage disposal as the
project is outside of the 201 sewer study area.
(5) Water service as approved by the Spokane County Health District and/or the
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.
(6) Each dwelling unit shall be double plumbed for connection to future area-
wide collection systems
(7) A dry sewer connection to the future North Spokane Sewerage System is to be
constructed. Plans and specifications for the dry sewer connection are to
be reviewed and approved by the Utilities Department prior to construction
(8) Located within the Critical Water Supply Service Area but not within any
purveyor's district May be serviced by an individual well owned and oper-
ated by lot owner.

deadline for PE-1295A & ZE-75-79 MOEN 3RD ADDITION TO GREENACRES, which is
due to expire May l, 1982.
It is important for you to understand, that unless this preliminary plat
receives an extension of time, its approval vrill become null and void. This
means the property owner will be required to once again make full application,
and pay full fees for a public hearing to receive preliminary plat approval
if the owner wishes to subdivide his property.
This letter serves as an URGENT reminder that your application for extension

A. History
The proposal was approved by the Hearing Examiner Committee on April 30, 1979
The proposal was phased. Phase I including seven of the fifteen lots was
finalized in August, 1979 The sponsor indicates that progress to date includes
some surveying and drafting has been done, however, due to the general economic
condition and the lack of available funds, the sponsor is requesting an Extension
of Time to May 1, 1982.
B. Location
The proposal is located in the Greenacres area of the Spokane Valley at the
northwest corner of 4th Avenue and Greenacres Road.

The County Road Engineer has not recommended any new conditions, only those
conditions already attached to the preliminary plat of record, but have indicated
this pro,7ect is subject to the provisions and fee scheduling of the Engineer's
Department as adopted by the Spokane Board of County Commissioners on December
22, 1980
B. Sewage Disposal
The sponsor has proposed individual on-site sewage disposal systems which have
been authorized by the Health District

In order to process an Extension of Time, we request that you complete
the attached form and return it no later than March 20, 1980 A fee of
$75 00, payable to the Spokane County Treasurer, must accompany your
application to cover the cost of the public hearing
