was passed.

A. Conditions :
1, Dedication:
The dedicata.on of the Westerly 10' of the subject property along
Eastern Road for right of way.
2. Off-Street Parking - Developmento
a) Off-street parking facilzties and connecting roadways shall not
occupy any area within 5' of an adjacent Residential zone
outside the apartment project area.
b) A screen, forty-two (42) inches in height shall be proovided
along the penphery of any off-street parking facZlity or
connecting roadways adjoining a residential fence; such screen
