We have found the plans to be complete and are issuing our approval. This is with the understanding that the shower/tub in the existing bathroom may be used as a mop sink and the sink used for hand washing. It is our recommendation that a prep area also be included in the kitchen. (This could be a built-in counter or table, etc.) Also please note that the existing system at N. 207 Hodges is adequate for two bedrooms and the catering business. Regarding the permit to operate, the fee for a catering business is $50.00. Since we've already received $25.00 for the E. 5211 - 8th address, an additional $25.00 will be due (assuming the business does not start operating until after January 1, 1987). As you're aware, please call for an inspection of the premises prior to opening. At that time, a plan review and pre -opening inspection fee at the rate of $25.00 per hour will be collected. Thank you for the opportunity for us to comment on this proposal. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 456-6040. Sincerely, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION . ad22a/./i-- Karen K.
