RE: Final Inspection - North 207 Hodges Road
Dear Ms. Stutzman:
A recent visual inspection indicated that the basement remodeling
(home occupation -catering) located at North 207 Hodges Road, parcel
number 17553-1402, has been occupied without an approved final
inspection.
It should be noted that Section 305(d) of the Uniform Building Code
requires that there be a final inspection and approval on all
buildings and structures when ready for occupancy or use. We are
therefore, requesting that you contact this office immediately to
schedule this inspection.
Should you have any questions, please contact me between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weekdays.
Sincerely yours,
,(9,-7tey,-77)120

Re: Permit Requirements - North 207 Hodges Road
Second Notice
Dear Janet Stutzman:
A recheck of our records indicates that the appropriate permit has
yet to be obtained for the basement remodeled on your property
located at the above referenced address, as specified in Section 301
of the Uniform Building Code.
Because the ten (10) day time frame established in our letter to you
dated October 16, 1989 has lapsed and no apparent effort was made to
contact this office, an investigation -fee will be assessed on your
permit as per Section 304(e) of the Uniform Building Code.
Therefore, we must require that unless arrangements are made to
obtain the permit within ten (10) days from the date of this letter,
this matter will be forwarded to the Spokane County Prosecuting
Attorney's Office for appropriate legal action without further
notice from this office.
Your cooperation in this matter will be appreciated.
Sincerely,
ffrey E. Worry
