in the Plarming Camieaion' a minutea dated April 30, 1971, and to deny the
appeal of Doug].as 0. Green, et al.
The Board further stated that it ia their opznion that the use for which
the applicant applied for the zone change is not detzwmental to th,e area
and approved this use under a conditional uee pezffit.
