However, Paragraph 7 of the Agreement seems to be inconclusive, particu- larly sulce each subdivision has its own sewage treatment system ` In order to better analyze the number of apartment units which could be placed on this site, we have used the following information for the Castle 1lddition only • Suigle Famlly Sites 74 (Assumed 3 Bedrooms Each) = 222 Bedrooms r ' Duplex Sites 14 (Assumed 28 Units x 2 Bedrooms Each) = 56 13edrooms Proposed Multi-Family 36 2 Bedroom Units 72 1 Bedroom Units 108 Units = 144 Bedrooms Total 422 Bedrooms 422 Bedrooms x 2 Persons per Bedroom = 844 Persons ~ 844 Persons x 80 Gallons per Person per Day = 67, 520 Ciallons Sewage per Day Existing Castle Sewage Treatment Systcm = 70, 000 Gallons Based upon the above, iC would appea.r 108 multi-family unit-, would not overload the present r' sewer system, however I would appreciate any comments you may have 0 Sincerely, Roy Wyatt, A I.
