Planrung Commission Recommendation Approve to Commercial Zone r subject to the followincT conditions 1) The dedication of the Southerly 60' of the subject property for R/W 2) Off-street parking facilities shall be developed in accordance with Section 4 07A 110 of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance 3) Landscaping shall be installed in accordance with Section 4.07A 120 of the Spokane County Zorung Ordinance a The Dlrector of Planrung shall approve a specific landscape plan and appropnate bond for accomplish- ment of landscaping requirements in connection with any building permit issued. 4) The complex shall be re stncted to one (1) free -standing identification sign not exceeding one hundred and fifty (150) square feet in area All other extenor signs shall be placed flat against the building facing the streets, the accessory parking area, or pedestrian mall.
