Our offlce has been systsmatically examir.ing the zone change appllcations
which have been approv+ed by ths Spokane County Planning Commissian, but
have not been placed an th+e official zoning map because the required
conditions have not beten fulfilled. In reviewing pour application, ZE-103-71,
Agrfcultural to Residential Mobilo Home, we nacs that the following dedfcation
has not been received by the Spokane County Enqineer.

Please conta►ct Mr. Dan Clark at the Spokana County Enginear's Offics to
procesa the required dodicatians. Although several residents sre tnvolv+ed to
got the efqht lots zonsd, anly thoae parties completinq th0 dedications by
March 31, 1972, witl have their lots zoned Reeidential Mobite Home. Thoae
partiea who do not complete the dedication will nat have the pcivileqe of
rezoninq unless a new application is submitted. If you ar rssidents within

Planrung Commission Recommendation: Approve to Residential Mobile Home,
subiect to the fall.owina condition•
A. Condition:
1. The dedicatzon of the West 10' of the advertised properties for right
of way.
B. Reasons:
1. Mobile homes have been established wYthi.n the advertised area sirnce
1968. Five mobile home s have been e stabli shed on the ezght lots
through the Condataonal U se Permit procedure.
2. The balance of the subdivision to the east of the adverti.sed area has
been recently developed wifih sl.ngle faxnily homes (Four homes pnor
to I9 7I, 23 homes in 1971). The Commission presumes that the
owners of the newly construcfied residences in the area were aware
of the existing mobile home development at the time ot purchase,
