The applicant proposes to use the southeast quadrant of the advertised property for a five-story medical office building to be constructed in two stages. The Planning Commission is of the opinion that the performance standards contained in the Residential Office Zone would be sufficient to control development of the project; i.e., Planned Unit Development approval is not required. B. Reasons: 1.
