residential area Is because the available ].and
can be purchased mare cheaply. This, hcawever, Is
at the expense vf the farnilies in that area. that,
in no way, can be considered fair in any sense of
the word.
Let those whv want to move ttleir business operations
into a residentia.l area pay, in cash, a fair estimated
devaluated amvunt to the awners af the hornes in the
affected area. There is no way a bi-is iness in a
residential area can raise the value 4f homes, The
value always, decreases and that ie a known fact.

This office would not oppose the rezoning inasmuch as access and :egress to
SR 27 will not be mod if ied.

would prefer deferment on action concernfng this plat.

This office would not oppose the proposed subdivision provided that access be
held to the proposed county road and the developer bear all cost of signs
