Notes: Saw cutting of existing curb is not allowed within the City's
jurisdiction. Driveway is to be inspected by the City's ROW Inspector prior
to concrete placement.
The edge of the new approach must be located a minimum of 5 feet from the
end of the curb radius point. The existing curb drop for this lot shall be
removed and new curb and gutter placed and the swale completed within
this area.
