2 OrientatYOn and Type s of Structure s, Buildinq Heiqhts, and
Apartment Density
The apartment project shall be developed in substantial conformance
with the approved development plan, i e , one and two story garden
apartments gathered around central courts, and off-street parking
facilities situated within the eastern and central portions of the
apartment project area The number of apartment units within the
project area shall not exceed the number indicated on the approved
plan (76 units) Btulding coverage within the apartment project area

3 Off-Street Parkinq - Development
a) Off-street parking facilities and connecting roadways shall not
occupy any area within 5' of an adjacent Agricultural or
Residential zone on the perimeter of the project area

Office and Multiple Family Suburban applications on Pines Road
between Interstate #9 0 and 16th Avenue
2 The sities adjoin an office complex situated on the southwest corner
of Pine s and Cataldo
3 The advertYSed properties conform to the locational criteria repeatedly
suggested by the Commission for evaluating high density residential
developments, namely
a) Its orientation to a major arterial (Pines Road via Cataldo Avenue)
