which is awned by Mike Kosmicki. Tr is my understanding that Mr. Kosmicki plans to construct a ship building un
the property. partially within the idennlicd electric transmission line casement along the westerly property line.
Please he advised that Avista Utilities has no objection to the placement of the building within the easement strip in
the location identified for me by Mr. Kosnlicki and as outlined below:
• The building will he oriented so that the ridge line is parallel (store or less) with the transmission line.
• The caves nearest the transmission line will he approximately eleven feet above the natural ground at the south
end of the building.
• The west edge or the building will he approximately fifteen feet east of the west property line.
• No excavation shall be done closer than twenty feet from any support pules for the transmission lint.
As is always The cast in the proximity of electrical transmission and distribution facilities, extreme caution must be
used during construction Paruxulat care should be taken if equipment such as a crane ur boom is used and workers
must be made aware of the putcnna1 for danger.
