WIEDMANN, a single person, hereinafter referred to as WIEDMANN, and ROBERT A. DAVISSON and BARBARA G. DAVISSON, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as DAVISSON, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS the parties hereto have executed between them Quit Claim Deeds in order to adjust the legal boundaries between their property to the extent that the Northerly 5 feet of the Westerly 20 feet of Lot 5, Block 4, shall be added to Lot 2, Block 4, Iller Addition, owed by WIEDMANN, and the Southerly 5 feet of the Easterly 20 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, shall be added to Lot 5, Block 4, owned by DAVISSON; and WHEREAS the parries desire to retain their existing physical boundaries for the purpose of fencing, landscaping, and all other purposes as if the boundaries had not been changed; NOW, THEREFORE, for mutual consideration given, these parties agree as follows: These parties have executed Quit Claim Deeds to create the lot line adjustment as above specified in order that WIEDMANN's improvements shall be afforded the proper legal set back from rear lot line. It is, however, agreed between these parties that the existing fence line shall be maintained in its current location as if the lot line adjustment had not taken place. Agreement Boundary Line Adjustment - P. 1 .;' This Agreement shall be binding upon these parties, their heirs, and assigns as it regards the current and present fence line dividing the rear of each of the parries' property.
