inspection would appear to confirm. He has a light pipe frame w/tarp over it that he
sets up in winter to put his boat under. Not nearly that large. No name was associated
w/L&I complaint. Unable to recontact complaintant. Dismiss further action

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bitz:
An inspector for the Department of Labor and Industries advised this office that a 24 x 30 detached
accessory building has been constructed on your property located at the above mentioned address,
Spokane County Parcel Number 45243.0418, and in checking our records we are unable to locate a
valid permit. A building permit is required under Section 201 of the Uniform Building Code as
adopted by Spokane County.
Should our records be in error, or should you hve any information that would otherwise be helpful
in resolving this matter, please contact us as soon as possible.
A recheck of our files will be conducted within 10 days following the date of this correspondence to
confirm that a resolution to this issue has been initiated on your behalf. Your attention to the above
will negate the need for further action.
