Background:
At the September 24, 1971, hearing the Planning Commission required that the
project be served by a murucipal sewage and water system from the City of
Cheneye The applicant indicated to the Commission that it was not economically
feasible to serve the site with utilitie s from the City of Cheney. The applicant
has, therefore, requested that the site be served by an on-site water and
sewage disposal system in accordance with an engineering report received by
the Spokane County Planning Commission on March 3, 1972 e The Commission,
after reviewing a memorandum from the Spokane County Health District dated
' March 6, 19 72, concurs with the request of the applicant and, therefore amends
Condition #5 to read as follows: Approval of the water supply and sewage disposal system by the Spokane County Health District.
