Through Equitable Investors as sponsor, we
respectfully request a zone change to "Restricted
Industrial" of the following described property:
East 15916 Sprague Avenue; legally des-
cribed as the West 2/5ths of the East
1/2 of the West 112 of lbra Tract 34,
except the right-of-way to the Idaho and
Western Railroad.
The property is now used as a rental house.
It is our intention to remodel the property for
use as a branch paint and wall covering store.
Our present plans call for complete repainting and
clean-up of the property, retaining the building's .
present residential character. We will maintain a
neat and orderly business premises.
It is our understanding the property was
previously used for business purposes; Povey's
Restaurant. The property adjoining to the West
is now zoned "Restricted Industrial" as well as
several others in the immediate vicinity.
