The ground level at the street access side of the property is lower than the back portion of the property. Subsequently along the south side of the property where the new fence is to be located, a step up in the fence of approximately 10" will be required to maintain a minimum 6' high light and sight obscuring fence per Spokane County Planning Zoning Ordinance restrictions. Therefore a step of approxi- mately 10" will be provided just beyond three quarters of the total fence length along the south property line as indicated on our drawings transmitted to you. Should this not be acceptable, please notify me immediately so that a clarification can be made. Otherwise we will proceed with this work expeditiously to finish the improvements as requested. Thank you for your help and cooperation. Si cerely, . F. R a, A.I.A. RESSA & CO ANY, Architects/Planners DATE; ,~.~~~~.._._-------------JFR/amb cc .
