University Trailer Court to the 1Vlultiple Family Suburban Zone,
2. The trailer court has provided an effective buffer between thc
industrial uses to the north and west and the residential neighDC: -
hood to the east.
B. General Data;
1. Location: Section 20, Township 25 N. , Range 44, EVVM.
Beginning at a point on the South line of 4th
Avenue which is 273.82 feet Ely of the Dishman-Mica Road; thence
N 89°5 7'E along said south line 761.69 feet to a point which is
200 feet tiiJest of the centerline of Farr Road extended Sly; thence
