A. Reasons:
1. The Planning Commission has recently (1969-1970) approved
Re sidential Tvlobile Home zoning for two submitted plats and an
existingtrailer court facflity on Barker Road between the Spokane
River and Euclid Avenue, The Planning Commission fs of the
opinion that this application would be an appropriate e:ctension oi
the previously zoned tracts and that a significant need exists fcr
Iots for mobile home use.
2. The subject property is on the eastern edge of an area desfgnated
for industrfal use on the Comprehensive Plan, and the Planni.ng
Commf s sion feel s that the development would make an appropriate
buffer zone between the exist3ng and contemplated industrial uses
