for industrlal uses. The area presently consists of small agri--
cultural tracts with scattered residences.
2. The Planning Commission is of the opinion that because the
proposed use is a vory low traffic generator, it will not nofiiceabl}
contribute to traffic congestion at Indiana Road and the Pines
Interchange. Proposals in the vicinity for a motel complex as
well as a trailer court were denied because of the access prob-
lems incurred by high traffic generators.
