Planning Commission Recommendation, That the plat be postponed to
allow the staff of the Planninq Commisston and the Enginoer's time to analyze
aspects of the proposal that are yet uncertain.
The staff feels that that portion of the alignment of the main access to the
proposal is appropriate as shown, provided that a public crossing can be obtainec
at 24th.
The Zone Change will also be considered at the May hearing.
