A. I:casons:
The subject property fronts on Argonna Road, a major artarial separatir..g
two nQighborhoods. Three similar locations on Argonne Road have
bean recently recommendad by the Commission in recent years for
either Multiple Family Suburban or Re sidential Office zoning. Such
locations are advantageous to the developmants proposed because of
the good arterial access and create a minimum of adversa effect upon
re sidential properties within the interior of the n2ighborhoods.
The front yard landscapinq and scraening raquirements of the Resi-
dential Office Zone should serve to insura compatibility of the
proposed usa (conversion of dxdsting residenca to Chiropractic office)
with surrounding re sidential properties.
