On August 9, 1972, Mr. Clark of the County Engineer' s Of f ice wrote me clarifying the legal description necessary. On August 15, 1972, I mailed to Mr. Clark a Right-of-Way Deed by the Import Market covering the necessary property to give the County the necessary property. I still have not received from the Planning Commission a copy of their resolution zoning the property for commercial purposes and would appreciate your sending me a copy of that resolution as soon as possible.
