September 2, 1039, which zone parmitted apartments In a subsequent
ordfnance the "uuburban Rzsidential" districts were reclassified Multiple
Family Suburban This application has coma before the Planning Commis-
sion as an attzmpt to prevent further apartment development in the area

the area would be more appropriataly zoned Restricted Residential
rather than Multiple Family Suburban, except that iViultiple Family

would like to take exception to tbe proposal as it is
stated and drawn on the enclosed map Part of my
property has been excluded, but nort all of it I
would like to have mr property remain as it is presently
zoned This w ould include 420 feet on Sunderland in-
stead of the 200 feet shvwn on the map My property
extends to that vraned by Mr C.V. Belknap In addition
I also own a lot directly east of the Latterell property
and north of 9717 E Spragae and 9723 E Sprague and
this should also be excluded There is also a 12-foot
strip along tbe south side of the Latterell praperty
which shauld be excluded.
I did not siga the petiti on and see so reason Why part
of my praperty should be rezoned.
