All signers expressed approval and the need for the zone change. Eight of the signers expressed a desire for a zone classification of Agricultural Suburban. About fifty percent of the other thirty eight signers expressed a desire for Restricted Residential. The balance were either non-committal or they had no preference but wished to retain the present residential flavor of the area and subscribe to the regulations as listed under the zoning ordinances. The owners of the few animals other than household pets, wished to continue with them. There were very few objections to the animals in the area and nobody was asking for their removal. It is our opinion that the best interests of the residents of the area would be best served by a zoning reclassification of Restricted Residential with all present existing conditions to remain until the owners wish to change them within the scope of the zoning ordinance.
