Conditions: 1. Approval of access by the Spokane County Engineer's Office. 2. The Director of Planninq shall approve a specific exterior 1lghting plan for the advertised area prior to the installation of such lighting (such plan shall attempt to confine illumina- tions to the commercial area wfth full consideration to adjacent resfdential properties). 3. Approval by the Director of Planning of a specific landscape plan for the advertised property. Such plan shall incorporate a 10' Iandscape strip alonq Apple Way.
