the Hearing Examiner's decision will be based on the record established before the Hearing Examiner,
pursuant to County Resolution Nos. 96-0171. Environmental appeals will follow the same procedural
route as the underlying action. All hearings will be conducted in facilities that are accessible to persons
with physical disabilities. ,

The above-entitled matter coming on regularly for hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington, on this day, and it appearing to the
Board that the Spokane County Planning Commission has given due notice of the hearing
on the matter in the manner and for the time provided by law, that saa.d Planning
Commission has held a public hearing as requi.red, and that the said Planning Commis-
sion concurs in the plan to zone the following described property as

NOW, THEREF'QRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above-described property be, and the same
is zoned under the classification of MULTIPLE FAMILY SUBURBAN as defined in the
Zoning Ordlnance of Spokane County, adopted August 25, 1953, as amended.
AND F[TRTHER SE IT RESOLVED that any development on the above-described property shall
be subject to the following conditions.
1) Dedications and Improvements.
a) Dedication and improvement to Spokane County standards of the South 50
feet of the advertised property for ri ght of way (Sixth Avenue, extended).
b) Dedication and improaement to Spokane County standards of the East 25 feet

2. Apartment Density and Building Heiehts.
The advertised property shall be developed in substantial conformance wi.th

7. Sewage Treatment.
The advertised property shall be served by a biological, mechanical waste water
treatment facility acceptable to the Spokane County Health District unless a
community sewer system is extended to the site.
