This project is located immediately west of the University City Shopping Center and the direct effect on these competitive facilities is unknown. The project is still in the planning stage and specific tenants have not been identified. It is the bank's intention, however, to blend the development into the adjacent shopping center and provide first-class accommodations. The actual amount of office space to be constructed is still subject to a final analysis of the ability of the area to absorb prime office space. The parcel to be rezoned will contain 25,000 to 40,000 square feet of retail space and possibly some parking, depending on which scheme is decided on.
