PERMIT APPLICATION
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCESSING
The attached document must be circulated to the agencies listed for review and
retumed to the Department of Buildings.
After contacting these agencies please retum the application to our office along
with any plans or specifications so we can update the status of your application and
review your plans.
Once you have met the requirements of the reviewing agencies and we have received.
notice of their approval and after verification that the proposal meets all applicable
standards, we will notify you that your application has been approved.
Next we request that you visit our office to make final payment and receive your copy
of the permit along with any plans or specifications. These plans must be available on
the job site for review by the inspector during the inspection process.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS MAY CAUSE
DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION OR THE
ISSUANCE OF YOUR PERMIT.
