After contacting these agencies please retum the application to our office along with any plans or specifications so we can update the status of your application and review your plans. Once you have met the requirements of the reviewing agencies and we have received. notice of their approval and after verification that the proposal meets all applicable standards, we will notify you that your application has been approved. Next we request that you visit our office to make final payment and receive your copy of the permit along with any plans or specifications. These plans must be available on the job site for review by the inspector during the inspection process.
