3. Dedication of a 20' radius on the northeast corner of Mallon and
Stanley.
BACKG :OUND
Approximately 2 1/2 blocks retain the ligricultural classiffcation within
the Yardley Industrial District. Approximateiy 20 residences remain
wi,thin the area zoned Agncultural. Zone -,nange requests during the last
three years have made portions of the rc:sidcntial area in° Yardley available
for industrial development.

1 a The Comprehensive Plan,indicates that the Yardley area is appro-
priate for industrial uses o
2. Surrounding properties to the soutil and to the northeast are zoned
and available for industrial develQpment. The current reque st viould
be an extension of the industnal district.
3. Although adjoinfng properties to the north, east and west are zana-d
Agricultural, the t lanning Commis sion i s of rhe opinion that the
performance standards of the Restricted Industrial Zone would lessen
the impact of the project on tha re mafning re sf dence s in the i mmed iatE
area.
