A CGNDITIUNS:
Dedication of a 30 foot curb radfus at the northeast corner of
the Dishman-Yiica F'toad and Bowdish Road.
Tnstallation of curb, sidewalk, drainage control, 3nd paving to
exi sting oil to ~pokane County standard s along Bowdi sh Road and
the Dishman Mica ~'tioad .
3. Access to the subject property from Bowdish Road shall be approved
by the Spokane County k;ngineer's office. Access to the I?ishmar_-
Mica Road shall be prohibited.
4. ~'=~dvertising signs l'or the advc:rtisc:d prope-rty shall conform to
Section 4.08. ].25 - 1, 3, 4, and 5 of thc: upokane County ZoninS

designed to confine illumination to the site. The Director of

1. The Planning Commission is of the opinion that the request is an
appropriate extension of Commercial Zoning in the Chester area.
The Commfssion notes that properties situated on the northwest
corner of Bowdish and the Dishman-Nica Road are zoned Commercial
and that the property on the southeast corner of said intersection is
zoned Local Business.
2. The Comprehensive Plan indfcates that the Chester area will be.
served by Commercial facilities.

The following is a copy of the Minutes from the Special
Public meeting of the Chester-Township:
The public meeting of the Chester Township was called
to order by Bob Reese, Chairman of the Chester Township
Supervisors, on July 10, 1973. Mr. Reese presented an
offer of $2500.00 f or the Chester Township property
made by Mr. Dinius and Mr. Ness. George Johnson moved
that Mr. Higley prepare and make an application for a
zone change from agricultural to commercial within 30
days, with the sale of the property being contingent upor_
passage of such application. Bob Reese seconded and the
motion passed.
Since Mr. Higley, the Selling Broker of this property,
lives in Chester Township and is a part thereof, he has
gone on record to Mr. Reese as selling this property
without any commission whatsoever.
